When you don't have REverse hyper you have to be creative. Chains, weights, mats and a smith machine and you are in reverse hyper heaven.
Infact this is the only sound thing i have used the smithmachine for.

    Sure, what i do is take a piece of chain with a carabeener at the end and place through the middle of the plates and join up the two ends of the chain over the smith bar and hook them together with the carabeener.

    wish more gyms had actual reverse hyper machines.
