The reason Wiz Khalifa is a "higher rated rapper than Lupe" is because Lupe spits something that makes you feel different, convicts you. Makes you feel good inside but you don't like it cause its new to you. Wiz Khalifa perpetuates black stereotypes which makes you feel just in your stupid actions. Wiz isn't higher rated, Lupe is just under rated.
