1 of 3 videos by photographer Miss Aniela exploring the advantages of using a Phase One medium format system.

Miss Aniela used a Phase One 645DF and P40+ back to test out its pros and cons against using a DSLR. This video looks at the pin-sharp lens quality achieved with using this kit for fashion portraits, both professionally lit and also with natural lighting, using a 75-150mm Phase One medium telephoto lens.

Filmed, edited and spoken by Miss Aniela. Music by Matt Lennard.

  • I have to agree with you. What´s up with fashion photography. It´s so boring. In the 70s fashion photographers were the most avantgarde, and now you can´t tell one from another. Portrait photography is way more interesting these days.

  • Studio photography is so boring and repetitive!....and every little detail is accounted and adjusted for....this is when photography becomes a zombified job and not a joy!...yawn!....seen that! ..done that!.....one lazy model woman looks just like the rest!....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
