"Eurus" is an ancient greek personification of the sultry eastern wind. Winds can give you a sense of loneliness from the blow of empty air, or overwhelm you with its strength. The gust of fresh air can enchant you as it whistles and whispers in your ear. They can be gentle, breezy and embracing, and yet gusty and unpredictable. Using various sounds from the violin and voice, the different characters of the ever-changing wind is explored.

Electro-acoustic & Visual installation (coming soon)
Premiered: Melba Hall, Conservatorium of Music, University of Melbourne, October 2004.
