Smogon recently banned Manaphy AND the Swift Swim + Drizzle combination from 5th generation standard play! (They already removed Inconsistent, which prevented all Inconsistent Pokemon from rising to higher tiers, but removing Swift Swim + Drizzle is going too far!)
