  • Did he come out of the closet in '09?

  • He should be thrown out of office for his phony answer she is ready and could be a great President she is a serious threat to win The White House in 2012 period!

  • Also if she does become the 45th President of the United States of America that she likely will maybe have to choose a nominee for the Supreme Counrt during her tenture as Presiden all while be pushed by the RNC to pick someone they want not her and we know that Sarah does as she wants but that could do her in I want to see her as President I brought up these points because they are true and before anyone else starts ranking her down now you have the only issues that you can question failry! i

  • Without a doubt she is qualified because she not only has run a state but really it counts on how well she can work with a cabinet that she would have to choose that seems not be on peoples mind there are 20 cabinet seats which are there because nobody is that informed to deal with all the areas that each person takes care of in that office that makes the President's job not that tough in my opinion but the issue is she hasn't been around long enough to really vet or know her cabinet choice...

  • Hey, maybe you just got confused with the "spent the majority of that time running for...." You must have heard that about Obama and just conveniently transfered it to Palin, lol. (Because of course everyone knows that presidential candidates run for years before the election, VP's are only chosen a few months before the election, right?)

Obama spend his entire 4 years in the Senate running for Prez. That's what must have confused you. Trying to give you the benefit of the doubt?

  • Sorry, my math is not so good tonight, she ran with McCain for a whopping 72 days. Even is you subtract those out, she still served with Barbour for 2 years plus 130 days as a fellow Republican Governor.

Looks like it is nelsonrc who likes to twist the truth.

  • Your post sounded too crazy too be true so I did a little research.

    Elected Gov - - Dec 4, 2006

    Quit as Gov - - July 26, 2009

If I calculated right, that's about 933 days.

You say that she spent the majority of that time running for vice President? That means at least 466 days running with McCain? Lets check that.

    Picked as running mate - - Aug 24, 2008

    Election over - - - - - - - - - Nov 4, 2008

That is only about 62 days. Wow, you are a total liar. And Barbour was right.

  • If Presidential qualifications were covered in grade school, then why did Chris Matthews ask the same question 4 times? And then got that stupid "stuck in his thumb and pulled out a plumb" look of satisfaction on his face, like he accomplished something?

As you point out, it is not the Repubs focusing on Palin, it is the Dems. They want to take out any possible threats early, like Thad Allen.

It is way too early for Republicans to choose, but not too early for Dems to smear and name-call.

  • @nelsonrc

Barbour only served with the quitter on the Republican Governors Association-- and that was very limited. The best Barbour could say was she is legally viable. Hardly a ringing endorsement, Dobbs has now joined a host of Republicans that are unwilling to vote or support Sarah. The RNC wants nothing to do with her-- much like America.
