So wait, what did he say happened?

He thought he saw a cat with a price on its head in the street, then realised it was a chicken before Malta native Jacques Meurisse showed up and started stalling on answering whether or not it was his chicken. He just preaches human equality, starts dancing with Rich, and after he protests, the chicken runs down the street in an incredible fashion, making Rich reappraise his assessment of the eccentric Jacques & teaching him the importance of being Kinder.
