What is this point with the australia flag?

It is to show that Singaporeans are emigrating to Australia due to the wrong policies of PAP. Emigration is a political tool too - it's like workers going on strikes and is a last resort to force the employer back to the bargaining table. It is working - PAP is forced to get FTrash (new workers) to replace emigrating citizens (old workers) and this is causing those who stayed behind in Singapore to get fedup with PAP.

haiz......i am not the 66%...if i had the chance(walkover in 2006) i would vote for the workers party.

since u know that the PAP would import more new citizens who are most probably loyal to PAP and would vote for PAP, then people who are unhappy with the way this country is run should stay and vote them out, not leave... :(

no lah, votinig will never succeed unless we FIRST have free media and fair election so that informed voters can vote fairly..

So dissidents have two ways： 1. stay back and work towards the above and suffer the consequence - that's the way the brave people at SDP are doing. I salute them. 2. leave the country and work via the internet, safe from ISD and the kangaroo court - that's the way I am doing. Leaving *temporarily* is also like workers going on strike. That's not resignation.

And to add on that, many people espcially those born and bred in Singapore find that Singapore is no longer what they use to call HOME! Why? Because Singapore has lost its identity. That is why WE choose to migrate and make that place our HOME!. Vive la Wendy!!
