  • Hi Fred

  • @SexyAndlKnowIt A impact driver is what he is using they have high torques. A impact wrench is a ratchet that uses air. Ive seen 3/8" impact wrenches have torque of around 45 ft lbs.

  • what's the difference between impact driver and impact wrench?

  • @deere850j1 youre truth... i've a Ingersoll 2100G and the cordless snap-on 1/2, when i try to remove my wheel nut with the snap-on i cant and i've tight them with my ingersoll....

  • Snap on in my area has a deal on Lthium drill and Impact with 2 chargers and 4 lithium batteries for 900.00.They are both brand new and is that a good deal?

  • Nice vid. Recently considered the Snap-On 6850-$555), but went w/the Milwaukee 2663-$380). 2663 rating:450 ft-lb stall torque; no stated breakaway torque. Why? I emailed Milwaukee who said breakaway tests are too "iffy"; can give exaggerated results. They use stall torque: when the RPM of the impact tool in question reaches zero. So the best test, in lieu of a "breakaway" test, which is basically what this vid is, would be running a L/H thread bolt to the stall point & see how torqued it is.

  • I have a CT6850, compared to my previous cordless impacts Snap-on spanks em hands down!

  • my dad has this impact gun and everything from a Phillips screw to a 35mm bolt is done up and undone with it

  • @deere850j1 have a good day move on.
