Okay, enough with the argument about Kinect. While Kinect is entirely original, that doesn't mean it's not new. Also, Kinect is the first time controller less gaming has been fully utilized. Where as most of the other controller free gaming camera, or whatever you wanna call em', are mostly tech demos. They don't get much press, hype, or credit. They're a bug on the windshield. So if Kinect, and similar products succeeds, we can thank Microsoft for revolutionizing it.

@sshy75 This sort of product has been in development for many years, it just so happens that Kinect really blew the doors open so that now all of the groups who've been innovating around the world are able to get some traction.

I'm sorry but what does "CES" stand for?

@Blazen22x Companies "copy" but that is not always a bad thing. This is Kinect but more affordable and open. M$ does not give you anything to use the Kinect outside of the XBOX environment.

All this is is Kinect... wow glad this is already invented. The innovative Young minds of tomorrow Intel my ass!!!!!!!!!!! You copied microsoft...

Kinect much?
@Blazen22x Microsoft has not invented this technology with Kinect... just used it with their game console. The innovation is coming from some start-ups like Primesense or Softkinetic.
Furthermore, these Keenu technology, by Orange, has been demonstrated at CES in 2009, 2 years ago, when Kinect didn't exist or at least wasn't public.
And don't forget that it's working on a STB, not a costly game console

@Jumbomasters It's running on a set-top box, not a game console -> more accessible :)
