@TheKatyClark i have a 2 years annual pass for sea world, busch gardens and aquatica. aquatica is about 5 miles from my gym. instead of being bored on a treadmill, i get better cardio there. and the scenery is better as well. makes a nice background for videos after a workout. thanks, dale

@Greensfelder thanks green. i hope to make anyone want to better themselves. i was that guy who had given up, felt it was too late and i was too old. that was about 8 years ago, i was much younger then. i refuse to quit.
