My teacher and Friend Ajahn Luangta Michael explains Anapana Sitting meditation according to the Thai Buddhist Forest tradition.

'Bhutto' is the Pali (the language buddha spoke in) word for Buddha.

(right) foot on left leg and right hand on left hand
close the eyes and look the breath.
when breath in "bhu".
When out: 'tho'.
breath in: "bhu".
Breath out : 'tho'.
Like this all the time.
but have feel (awarness) when the breath touch, touch the end of the nose (and upper lip).
breath in, know.
breath out, know.
but not hurry, not hurry, slow, and comfortable.
no disturbed out try to.... your body.... (tense).
no. normal, just normal, and look the breath.
breath in, know.
breath out, know.
and Bhutto together.
to protect the breath together, with the breath.
breath (in), "Bhu".
Breath out "tho".
and know feel (sensation), dont forget (feeling the sensation) when (breath) touch the nose.
Until 1 hour, 2 hour if you can.
or ten minute everyday, OK, for first .
if you continue to practice everyday 10 minute.
and more time again ten minute, 15 minute, 20 minute, 30 minute.
more again until you can doing everyday.
everyday can practice, like charge battery.
everyday for meditation for high up the level of meditation.
until like battery, charge battery, when full can bring come to use for vipassana.
for knowing true things by heart from Samadhi.
vipassana is knowing true things by mediation, clearly.
better than normal thinking.
and believe by heart, not believe by think or remember, but believe by heart.
