Me and my lovely instructor Louise having a freestyle practice session at Pole Studio and Bar in Christchurch NZ - yes you can come and have a drink here on weekends and practice your pole dancing moves!!!!!

Are you covered in bruises yet? lol people look at me funny when i go out in shorts and tshirt because of all the bruises on my legs!Yeah i'm self taught, been pole dancing about 7 months now! I've just downloaded that fergie album, i imagine it will be good for pole dancing lol. Do you ever do competitions or anything hun? x

wow i bet you cant wait i have to be carful in my shoes now as my ceiloing isnt that high lol and i dont want to put my foot through it haha lol look forwards to seeing u in shoes xxx

thanks girl!!!!! am looking forward to doing one in shoes - i just got some yesterday and saw the other day you got yours too!!! not sure if i will be very graceful in them but we can cheer each other on!!!

oooh thanks!!!! sometimes it doesn't feel that way, sometimes it just plain out hurts!!!! are you self taught or do you take classes? how long have you been doing it?
the fergie song is called "clumsy" and is off the dutchess album

thanks! yes, i agree with you!!!! Well, we are on columbo street and the full address is on the website - along with the timetable of classes - they start at 1pm Mon - Fri and and go until 9pm and then there is also a class on Saturday at 2pm. Come along!!!!!!
