On March 27, 2006, at 4 p.m. CST Michael Landis, MD, and Franklin Sequeira, MD, will perform an endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair with the GORE EXCLUDER AAA Endoprosthesis. The procedure will be performed at the St. Francis Hospital & Health Center in Indianapolis, Indiana and moderated by Dawn Salvatore, MD. Doctors William Berg and Juan Weksler are also involved in the case.

The annual mortality from abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) rupture is 15,000 patients, making it the 13th leading cause of death in the US.
