For purposes of this chapter, the term employee includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States, a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. 1. "Individual" can mean either a natural born man or corporate status.

2. There are very few "United States Citizens".

Hey SendARope, not sure how much you know about being a sovereign man but perhaps you've heard of the term "free-man-on-the-land". Anyways I have a few playlists on the matter of sovereignty and there are many other vids on YT about it. On another note, the "United States" is defined as a Federal Corporation and everything is done by contract (S.S.#, Birth Certificates, D.L., Registering your car, Marriage Lic. and so on). The "united States of America" is the constitutional republic.

Tax is theft. Theft is immoral and even a child, our core human instincts we all know theft is wrong. Submitting to a theive will only bring the theive back untill he or she is stopped. Tax is theft and thug enforcment of immoral theft does not make it ok. Human law do not steal.

That's not the point, Alice. You can't just stick your head in the rabbit hole, you must take the fall. Then, you will find a series of doors that you are either too big or too little to get through, so you have to choose the red or blue pill (think Matrix). The great fiction is that we can know ahead of time what we're getting into by attending law school. Your curiosity will cause you great unrest until you learn how to cite authority. For that, you must surrender your soul.
