A short video on how to remove the bars welded into a AT-94A2 Magazine Well. I pretty much just describe the process and then show the results. Items you'll need are:
A dremel
Dremel tile cutting bit # 562
Gun oil
You should also tape above the magwell to keep metal filings from getting everywhere. It'll probably happen anyway, but it should at least reduce the mess.
WARNING! DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE 992R COMPLIANT PARTS! DOING SO CAN RESULT IN LEGAL PROBLEMS THAT I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR!

@lelit41 Yeah, I had just gotten done doing a Saiga conversion so I had been quite schooled in 992R laws. I'm sure there are a lot of people who aren't even aware of these laws and are unknowingly committing felonies. New York still uses the Assault Weapons Ban laws that everyone went through between 94 and 04. Under that ban, any magazines that carry more than 10 rds were banned with a grandfather clause for any made before 94, so "prebans" still apply here. I hope to move in the near future.

I was really glad to hear you talk about the ATF 922R laws. It seems inevitable that someone will cut those bars out without fully understanding the consequences given how complicated it all is. Would you mind elaborating on the NY magazine laws? I'm not a resident, but I hadn't heard of that before.
