I know who Don McLean is. One of my favourite songs by him has always been American Pie. I've never heard this song, Superman's Ghost. Thanks for posting.

Wow - I am 99% sure this was Don's 1991 tour, because I am remember seeing him in Northampton, saying those exact words about what he says when he's asked what American Pie means!
I also remember the backing band they sang a song about Elvis Presley "The King Is Dead" or something.
Wow, nearly 20 years ago doesn't seem that long! Unsure if this was taking from a UK gig but I am guessing so since Don usually uses different support acts in each country.

Brilliant! I love the green shirt and the guitar strap. I usually don't take any notice of anybody's shirt but this one suits him.
