Americans always claim they "Loved Bill before he died". The fact he was doing shows like this not long before he died in the US, proves otherwise. He had to come to the UK to find an audience with the intellect to appreciate him, this isnt up for debate, its fact. Bill himself said it may times. "Land of the free" LOL, obviously if you have an anti-capitalist view in the US you get shit canned until you die and the public learns you were popular in the UK where the networks work for the public.
