This is not the raise that I'd envisioned when I asked for it. The view from my perch while replacing a defective microwave transceiver. Probably a little too windy for this job.

  • This was only about 100 feet high, not high at all in the grand scheme of things, but to a person that tries to function with a profound fear of heights, it might as well been a thousand feet. The microwave transceiver that is our point to point network link between facilities gets damaged by lightning about once every 2 to 3 years and requires someone to replace it. This usually costs around $1200 just for the climber. As an effort to save my employer money, I did the work myself.

    What a pity that the technique of broadcasting a few years ago has been developed.

    And now it appears that this way of sending our cells affected.

    What unwanted chemical processes take place in the body of humans, animals and even plants.

    Should we just continue.

    Or look at other alternatives?

    I have FOUR alternatives for them.

    Or to wait and the whole system to disable it in the future.

    The choice is up to you gentlemen and ladies telecoms providers.
