@ZEEMADMAN I suspect the russians are too proud, and more: they want to develop their own conteiners so as to have the technology and skilled manpower to keep on with the important russian nuclear industry. Even if the americans offered the containers the russian authorities would say 'thanks, but no, thanks'.
The Russians should have just asked the Americans for the Specifications to Our Containers which are far superior to anything else out there. They were fully tested under all conditions at great expense. But I suspect we would have gladly given them to the Russians in the interest of everyones safety here. Nobody wants to spread Radiation into the Environment! It's the worst kind of Poison. The amount that fits onto a Pin Point is enough to cause Lung Cancer over time if lodged in Your lungs!
