@joluciodasilva Major respect to you all for appearing to be enjoying yourselves, in that case!

@leoleoleo7859 I can assure you there was no studio recording! The singing is all live - the ear buds were just to give us our starting cue so that we could all just trickle in! We were not amplified but had mics stuck to our collars (flesh coloured) so that on the recording our voices could be heard over the racket of the train! You can actually see our sound engineer from 0:37 - 39 who was comping it together. He then adjusted some levels later before we posted the video. :-)

I once experienced a 20 person chorus do something like this ... only they didn't ease into it. More like BAM! full volume. Scared the crap outa me at first, but what a wonderful experience to hear quality singers up close like that!

I went to the London A Cappella Festival the second weekend in January (2012), and had the privilege of spending time with these lovely people. I also spent quite a bit of time on the tube. It seemed like at least half the riders had earbuds, and each was lost in his or her own world of sound. It looks like the guy with the white shirt and glasses was oblivious to this whole performance. Hope and trust one of his friends saw this, and called his attention to it.

I love England.

@leoleoleo7859 I bet it was still awesome. They could have been a quarter as good as the studio recording and still would have blown my mind on the subway.
Can you perform on the Picadilly line between Bounds Green and Kings Cross between 8:30 - 8:45 am please. Seriously, everyone looks suicidal . . .
