I'm not sure. Most piston engines can start up by pressing },},},s(hold). Others have more realistic (complicated) procedures. Have you checked the zero's help menu?

iirc that vid was made on 1.9.1. I don't think 1.0.0 had the option between winter and summer scenery and I never managed to get 1.9.0 to work, so it's probably 1.9.1.
It really depends on the system you run fg on, your graphics card, RAM, your internet connection, how populated the area you're in is, and the resource demand of your recording software. Note that I recorded a replay, probably not just for the better angles, but b/c I hadn't optimized the settings to record live w/o much lag.

mine does not =p, did u download v1.9.1, its less laggy???

that happens at KSFO, since it's the default airport in FG. Constant loading and unloading of several (sometimes the same) 3D models doesn't have very good performance results. Anywhere else, it's usually lag-free.
