I would be sooo mad if someone came up and tried to steal the spotlight from me because I can tell that you guys worked so hard to show off your talent and they just ruined it... I would've pushed them off the stage

This is cool, i'm glad other races/ethnicities enjoy polynesian dances. Being polynesian i am proud that other people like our culture. I don't find this disrespectful at all so keep up the good work girls :)

I'm happy this was posted. It's beautiful. I am Polynesian and I find it flattering that other people outside of our culture find islander dancing to be someone beautiful to join in on.

I will take it down if that is what you wish. It was just for fun. I thought the kids from the talent show would appreciate it! I can't believe how some people are. I am not blaming Hayde... I think it was a good dance.. honestly I know nothing about the culture. But I liked the dance.. and the end.. was fun.. in of story. Thanks for you WAYYYY too colorful remarks!

This is the worst patepate dance ever, where did you guys learn your moves from....aha from a regular white choreographer, waste.

nope... the instructor is not white. The choreographer was a 14 year old girl and her friends. a high school TALENT SHOW! :)
