This mod collection isn't available any longer, so dont ask for it. I built this using many mods which were not my work and I deleted it already. It is not icEnchancer, it's ton of mods merged together. FYI: I know that the water sucks. No need to spam me how water sucks or how badly NASA wants their computer back. It's mean and not funny. Besides my PC isn't that good.
I know about the spawning bug at 0:23, its caused by shitty traffic spawner, i managed to fix it.
I´m not the owner of the mods. All rights belong to the creators and Rockstar Games.
