Embracing Islam on Ramadan 2008

During a rice and grocery distribution during Ramadan in Antipolo City, another individual has come to embrace Islam. She is actually no stranger to Muslims and Islam having formerly been working with a Muslim family but expressed that it only during this time that she really felt that it was time for her during this blessed month of Ramadan to make the shahadah and accept Islam as the True Path. This had been a very emotional time for her and life-changing. Let us welcome our new sister in Islam. Allahu Akbar!

Also, we cannot say that the correct english translation of the Shahadah is, "... and I believe that Muhammad is the last and best Messenger", and they must've practised the Shahadah some times before the camera recorded her saying it because she knew to say the name Muhammad before he even said it aloud. Either way, Allahu akbar! She truly embraced the best way of life.

I try to inform the people about the pillars and principles of belief of Islam and then lead them through the Shahada, then find out why they were inclined to embrace Islam, in sha' Allah. Allah knows best, but there could have been from among mankind those who are taken before they embraced Islam but were interested and always answering inquisitive questions from the brothers and sisters who are excited at leading them through the Shahadah - but nice video.
