@jacob4209 I disagree, Lil Wayne's only changed his music ideas the last half a year, but he's kept the same stuff coming for a long long great period of time filled with many many tracks, more than any other rapper. And 99% of those have been just the best mixtapes and albums ever heard.

I like lil wayne, but i cant stand when peole say hes the best,there is abbsolutely no way of measuring the "best" rapper, the reason he makes so much money is that he is a sell out and is willing to make whatever kind of music he thinks will make him the most money. which is smart but by no means qualifies him as the best at his craft.
