hey scott, awesome video, just wanted to noe if the above workout is fine for a 16 yrs old 80kgs(165pounds) teen or not? along with 30 mins of jogging(4-5 days a week?)

Do abs workout at morning, day, evening... Also you can only do at evening it doesnt matter.

@Martiinlad Hi. All of these exercises are working your abs (they are acting as a stabilizer to your spine). This is the way your abs should be trained - as a stabilizer and not for flexion (like traditional crunches). Those serve no purpose.
The good thing about these exercises are not only do they workout your abs, but they work other muscle groups at the same time, plus get your heart rate up. This saves a lot of time in the gym.

@1408Zodiac Hi...these are abs exercises, but not traditional ones like crunches that you may be thinking of (I authored a book called Abs Uncrunched). Crunches are isolation exercises that don't burn fat and work your abs for flexion vs stabilization (which is the way they are supposed to be worked). Your best bet to get a flat stomach is to do full body workouts like this one, high intensity interval training and eating a clean diet made up of primarily single ingredient foods.
