THIS IS A SCAM ...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! YOU CAN GET A SPECAIL GIFT OF UNPAID TAXES AND UTILITIES ONCE YOU OWN THE PROPERTY. THESE PROPERTIES AREN'T EVEN WORTH THEIR OPEN BID TO SAVVY REAL ESTATE INVESTORS.

Is it true that in Illinois a seller can add his past unpaid obligations of a property that was foreclosed to the buyer with out disclosing it?.(Like previous owners gas ,water,heating bills HOA past dues).?.This sounds awfully unfair. Material disclosure is key to rea lestate investments I thought. Would there be disclosures on these properties by the seller ?
