Did the Kansas City crowd go WILD when the curtains opened and there stood Tina 20 feet in the air?Was everyone surprised at her entrance?

Thank you for posting this!! I am going to both DC shows, one in Atlanta, and one in Philly!!! How strict were they with taking pictures?

Well, the arena is responsible for maintaining that. The Sprint Center didn't really care. I pulled my camera right in front of a Sprint Center official.
So it just depends on the venue.
