"Rookie" was sold at 3 weeks old but was not able to be united with that family because they had a medical crisis. He will always have a home with us until his forever family is found. After all, he was our baby first. :-) Update: Rookie has found his forever family! He has a new mom and dad who adore him and a new Tri-colored older brother. Yeah!

  • No! He is alive and well. He came over last week for a few days while his owner was on vacation. He is a sweetheart and is in his perfect forever home.

  • This is my all time love. It was fate to meet the breeder, Lo and her family and find Rookie, because he has been the light in our life. His big brother Chip loves him and has taught him all the ropes!

Cavaliers are the sweetest, most loving dogs you could ever ask for. All animas love you unconditionally but these guys-well let's just say they love unconditionally ALOT and all the time We love him Lorie-thank you bringing him to our life.

    Love,

    Ashley

  • I am so lucky. I not only have a spectacular family for my baby boy "Roo" but I got wonderful new friends as well. I feel blessed. I love you guys!

  • Does the white blaze and chest fur grow out when they grow up?

  • Sometimes. I have had ruby babies where it went away, but if there is a lot of white it usually sticks around. I see Rookie all the time and he still has a lot of white on him. He is such a love.

  • why was he sold at 3 weeks old?!

  • He was sold at three weeks old but that doesn't mean he went home with a family at that time. No puppy would be able to go to a home at that time because they are too young. They don't go to their new families until they are around 10 weeks old.

  • @eprexe by 'sold' im pretty sure they mean the family picked and paid for him when he was 3 weeks old and when he is old enough to leave his mum they take him home :)

  • These are the best little dogs in the whole world. They love and love and love. They have their owners trained in no time at all. You won't ever want to leave them at home, cause they can make you feel so guilty when you leave.

  • Adorable, but I'm confused. Has he died, is that why you put this video up?
