Unfortunately my experience with 112 was one that made me think the 112 system in my country is not helping us according to our needs. I once reported a car robbery in progress and the dispatcher took my address and then hung up. The thieves ran away before the police car came. Finally the police car shocked me as it was running so slowly, in patrol mode (and I mentioned very clearly that the robbery was in progress at the moment of my call). Then they were suspicious on me I made a silly joke.

What about a cop who puts his food in the back seat or somewhere else inside his car and rushes to help you? Anyway, the point is: even if, in real life, saving someone may be more important that protecting the environment, a EU advertisement should not convey the message that throwing garbage out of your window is OK under any circumstance. Especially when that same EU throws campaigns for environment protection. It is kind of contradictory, don't you think?
