midi controllers have been around for ages.. the NS7 is just the mack daddy of them all now.. id rather have that than a girlfriends i mean look at it!!

I actually work at a dj shop. I don't know how well this unit holds up but I personally will never ever buy a Numark product again. Everyone has to replace faders frequently and when I had the CDX, that was a nightmare! The service was the worst and it never got resolved as I'm sure everyone that bought one will tell you the same thing. I just hope this stays working for you and I hope Numark smartens up with the service.

cdjs are good! I had a pair, but the main reason of all this new technology is that is more affordable to carry The Numark Ns7 than carrying a pair of cdjs, plus laptop and a mixer. with the Numark ns7, the only think you need is your laptop. Cdjs and technic 1200 are good, but new technology is coming to stay.

@TheDjbang yeah that happen to me. Gig was about to begin and the bugga didn't fire up. Died!!! Faulty power supply

maybe not but remember this is the first generation technology, The day of the cdj is limited. its only a matter of time.

hay bro!! where r u? im in sydney. have u had any problems with the power supply yet? mine stopped working the other day but numark are fixing it now. i did a live gig with it last week, it went off. then it died a few days after the gig.

Hey, Sorry to hear that. I haven had any problems with mine. Do you use a surge protector power board with it?
