Seattle Police mistakingly raid a legitamate medical marijuana collective. They stole most of the live plants, but did not take everything. Could they have realized they where in error part way through the raid ? No charges were filed, and the case was dismissed. The group's money was returned in September of 2006. This is Seattle TV News Channel, KIRO 7's angle on the story.
This news report proves that despite the state laws that protect medicinal cannabis patients, police can and will continue to fuck with us. The cops responsible will most likely not receive more than a slap on the wrist and will probably go on to violate several more patients' civil rights with no reprimand.

@lakingsfanatic06 This happened in 2005. Theodore Tucker was killed by police in 2007. No police were reprimanded at all. In 2008 a man was killed when his truck rolled on him. His 8 Y.O. grand daughter was in the truck. When police returned the girl to her parents, they discovered a medical pot grow and busted the parents leaving the girl with no family. All the medical pot in these stories was completely legal.
