This Stirling engine uses a diaphram power piston. The clear compression chamber is cut from a CD spindle case. The displacer is made from styrofoam. The top and bottom plates are cut out of aluminum sheeting. The crank shaft is made from clothes hanger wire. The most valuable part is the Gland bolt which has a hole through it lengthwise, It is a concrete anchor which originally came with a nail in it which is suppose to be driven in after setting in conrete.
