  • there is no such thing as nirvana,we are eternally individual beings

  • Conciousness expresses Energy which causes the body and the world(senses) into being. The effect of this cause is Emotion, which gives us our awareness of self and others. Then, our emotional intent calls on Form to manifest matter and space( i.e we shape our reality) The effect of this, is that this "happening" is witnessed in the Mind, which is manifest through thoughts in time. These are the simple functions of our creation. We are all expressing and experiencing individual universes within ONE.

  • * (I meant to say "mind wanders".) Like most things in life, this experience gets easier with time, as you find yourself less obscured by manifest illusions. Most people understand simple benefits of emotional release. We look for happiness when we need to be aware of NOT getting in the way of it. This process works. It is not a practice or tradition. It is the way the mind may be applied to come into the presence of ultimate truth. Through this, the state of being and knowing is remembered.

  • "Feeling" is where the true nature of the self is noticed. It is emotional honesty with oneself that releases pain. The mind bares witness to all this. We change the "questions" by avoiding our feelings because they hurt. We give them endless manifestations.FEEL your feelings. When the mind wonders say"How do I feel about this?" The feeling will stay the same, seen often as tension or pain somewhere in the body. This is your truth. In self-awareness the truth resonates.

    The illusion of pain fades.
