This is my daughter Kalista practicing muay thai form on the heavy bag. I want to turn her into a pit bull but she keeps finding ways to be a cute little girl about all of it.

Reminds me of my little sister. My sister has a killer cross and low leg kick. I used to train my little sister with pillows and plush toys for fun when she was like 3 or 4. Crazy, she got into her first fight when I wasn't there and I heard that she grabbed and kneed some poor girl in the face when they were fighting. she was very little at the time. Surprise she remembered what I taught her, but it made me feel a little bad. That technique is pretty brutal for little kids to be doing.
