Dr Marybeth Crane from Foot and Ankle Associates of North Texas discusses diabetic foot infections and the seriousness of this problem. She recommends that everyone who is a diabetic be seen by a podiatrist at least once a year. Regular diabetic care including diabetic shoe gear, orthotics and high risk foot care can save your life. What an excellent video. My mother is Diabetic and I had been trying to get her to go back to the Podiatrist to get her feet checked on a regular basis for a year. I begged and pleaded with her to go and she finally did. One of the videos I showed to make my point was this one.
