Ambulance Hurrying To Hospital Aldgate East To Whitechapel

Traffic was exceptionally bad tonight due to another accident which meant that the road was closed from Mile End onwards. Unfortunately, this ambulance crew still needed to get their patient to hospital through all the tailbacks.

Thanks. Did you notice how all the bikes hung back and waited for the ambulance to find its way through? In fairness to the other traffic tho, Mile End Road was closed so it was pretty heavy going even on two wheels that night.

Yes, it looked pretty awful. Even if the roads are not closed, it is terrible for ambulances.

The Royal London is quite difficult to get to with the traffic.. and the parked cars blocking the roads on this road.
