HERE AND NOW (1992) PT1/2

From the emergence of the early 1990's era of HIP-HOP popular music, fashion and movies started a new breed of "Must see Hip-Hop TV" of that time.
Malcolm-Jamal Warner's post-`Cosby Show' evolutionary African American television series fame had him transitioning from 'Theo coming of age' to playing a graduate student named Alexander `A.J.' James, who works with street-smart youths at a Manhattan center and shares an apartment with his father's old pal. Bill Cosby was the series' executive producer.
Look for a baby-faced Omar Epps guest star appearance who would star with the late young legendary Tupac Shakur in the movie JUICE released the same year, 1992. Arrested Development sings the theme song.
