Thanks for sharing this authentic OPM..Ito siguro ang the best song ever composed by a Filipino(a) na naging international hit and duplicated many years later by Freddie Aguilar's "Anak".Pilita wala gyud paglubad.

Pilita is the best singer of the philippine, she don't imitate any famous singers, she have her own style, her own voice, the moment she sings I can tell that's Pilita, not barbra streisand or whitney houston of the philippine, she is the Pilita of the philippine, and pride of all pinoys...

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PILITA SONGS, DA BEST TALAGA
I just learned this classic song of Pilita was the theme song of Dearest One (A Million Thanks To You) starring Jose Mari and Liberty Ilagan. Ms. Corrales herself appeared in the movie. Nice video by the way 65Seasons!

Ang ganda! Pilita at her peak. She has always acknowledged that "A million thanks..." is her signature song, thanks to Alice Doria Gamilla. The great filipino singers always aimed at interpreting songs from the heart, and you can actually hear that. The last of the great ones after Pilita was Kuh Ledesma who used her heart and mind to lend her personal take of all her songs. The birit era destroyed all these. Singers just scream the songs without understanding what the're shouting.

@Charlton189 -- Kuh Ledesma has always been a favorite of mine
.... besides I knew her mother too back when Kuh was still a kid.... Those were the days.
