I think you are very handsome/cute. Very articulate. I've been doing raw for over 30 days now--I transitioned from a 100% organic and about 90% vegan diet. Over the years my whole mindset has changed--from whom I chose to associate with, where I want to work and where I want to live--things balance out--life is approached from the positive -so yes, you are right on.

To those who fear only drinking juice will endanger their health, I sugges you start with veggie/fruit smoothies before each meal, digest for 15 minutes and eat your regular meal. You may be so full that you won't need your regular meal or at the very least, you will not eat as much. Every day reduce the amount of your regular meal until you become at least 80% raw.

Good to find others who eat raw like me. You are way ahead of me in benefits. But a couple months in, I have more energy , and look younger. Keep going!

@LovingRaw Raw food can be treated as a weight-loss diet and it would work, but like any other short-term diet if you go back to unhealthy habits the weight will come back. It can also be treated as a long-term lifestyle. It would depend on the individual and what their goals are. The goals might not be health-oriented and may be focused solely on losing weight...and I think many people don't really want to change because they are physically and emotionally addicted to unhealthy foods.

I've tried everything! Eating 33% of protein, fats and carbs but eventually you will plateau. Been 90% raw for 8 days and lost 10 lbs already :) I'm loving it!

Great video, LovingRaw, By any chance have you read The Gospel Of Peace? Not many vegans seem to understand the relationship between eating a raw food diet and feeling the connection with nature and peace. I think if you read the teachings of the Essenes it might interest you greatly.
It is said that This is eating from the table of god.

Very good advice! My favorite line is "Nobody is responsible for us, but us!" People just want instant results, & when it doesn't happen, or it does but quickly reverses, they are so quick to blame everything else! In the world of good health, there is no excuse for hard work & perseverence(sorry if i spelled that wrong!).

@mixwell1983 i'm sure you could if you wanted to! :) haha, just watch your cholesterol if you are eating meat, eggs, & dairy(actually, you should just stop eating dairy).
Question, do you drink alcohol? and in another video where you talk about MSM, you provide a link to this website therawfoodworld(dot)com. is this: therawfoodworld(dot)com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=100172_100265&products_id=1002123 the product you buy? I've heard some MSM products can be bad for you due to your body not being able to absorb it properly. Would be nice if you could let me know. Thanks :)

@w4s73of7im3 its called MSM Powder 16oz, and is sold on that site. Honestly, I hadn't heard anything about absorption issues, but I guess it could be for some. I like to test things out, and it works for me. :)

Let's get this straight -- If I ask someone "what is your diet?" That would just be another way of asking, "what do you eat?" A more proper title for this video would be, "Why Raw Food Is Not a Weight-Loss Diet"
The primary definition of the word "diet" is: "the kinds of foods that a person or animal habitually eats." So in your case, your diet is raw food.

@markpianoman you are right, but i wasnt referring to that definition of diet.
