its obviously genjutsu and my theory from even further beyond this is after sakura gets to sasuke will commence a battle and argument and sasuke will try to finish off sakura and naruto will come in and naruto will use some speech then danzo will be so sneaky acting like it was impressive and danzo will trey to kill naruto and sasuke will take the kill and naruto will use the fox spirit and danzo will fight naruto but die from depletion of chakara thats my prediction

I was reading a spoiler and apparently Itachi is doing a jutsu similar to Orochimaru's. He sealed his chakra inside of sasuke and now that sasuke up against a difficult opponent he's showing up. I think it kinda makes sense. I really doubt that it's genjutsu.

Well... let's just remember that Itachi and Madara WEREN'T friends. Itachi wanted good things, Madara bad. If in any case Itachi would have been alive after the Sasuke fight, Madara would have killed him, and easily. Remember Itachi's medication problem? I don't think it's a genjustsu... I'd say just more of a stronger jutsu similar to the one Naruto experienced in his head with his dad, only Itachi is in the world this time, not imagination. Maybe genjutsu... but that's too simple
