Wow! That is some great TV looking back at it now, I used to watch this a little bit as a kid, pre cable days don't ya know...
Great skills indeed!

@ramiller100 The guest's name was Ted Ziegler. And I agree that Ted & Billy together were fantastically funny!

dude is like a live Don Martin Cartoon, loved them all, they were so brilliant, so funny.

Looked up Party Game on Wikipedia, I didn't realize it was syndicated to more than 30 Canadian channels. Awesome hilarity with no purpose whatsoever. Just right for relaxin' with the family after a busy day.

Wow, that brings back some memories. We'd huddle around our black and white Electrohome (made in Kitchener!) and chuckle at the sheer creative zaniness of it all. We got especially excited when they had Ted _____ as a guest, he was a regular guest but can't remember his last name. Does anyone know who I mean? The interactions between Billy Van and straight man Bill Walker were hilarious. Thanks for posting, do you have more?

Sorry "rtfordy", I meant to click on thumbs up to your comment because it sure takes me back too. I thought I'd look up House of Frightenstein and here I an 5 hours later watching hours of Billy Van etc.

My father used to drink with Billy Van. By that I mean at bars and taverns after work and such -- not crazy drunkfests or anything! Anyway, Dad always said that Billy Van was a genuinely nice guy, always worthwhile, and always funny off the cuff, as it were.
