i think why not a lot of people know drummers like rabb, or marco minnemann is because people think that the best drummer is neil peart, joey jordison, travis barker etc.
no doubt they are good but people like johnny are just so good and creative

It does in a way. Playing difficult doesn't mean good. And the majority doesn't want complicated music. Or R'n'B wouldn't seell the most records in the world.

you re absolutely right, but it has nothin to do with the quality of the music they make. maybe its my taste but i think their jus playin more "difficult" stuff thats more fun to listen to, and trying to apply it on your kit is exciting! it just gives me the kind of inspiration that i don t get from any other drummers.
