@yellowfalcon1 In fact this song is a left over from "A new stereophonic sound spectacular" Hooverphonic's first album, and they didn't have the right to use the sample of 007 and counting, it's a bit stupid because the band Indochine used it on a song called "L'amoureuse".
So I suppose Liesje sadonius recorded during the recording session of ANSSS.

I had a chat with Alex Callier about this song, a few years ago when the club tour was going on It was the original version of "Plus Profond", but they didn't get permission to use the sample from "007 and counting", so they can't release it. I'm sure Alex Callier has a recorded version of it somewhere, and hope he 'accidentially' releases it. I've got a slightly better recording of it, might upload it some day.

Presumably, this was recorded with Liesje originally, and Geike only sang it for the concerts after they got permission.
Basically, we just need to tell Alex that this song HAS to be re-recorded! It would be amazing as a studio version :D

It's originaly a John Barry's music: "007 and counting" from the film "007 James Bond, Diamonds are forever". I love this sound since I first heard it in this film when I was a child... I hoped some band remix it cause it woud be a great stuff...and now I'm here. I'm belgian and Hooverphonic is one of my favouriest band ! But I'm sad to learn that Geike left them and it's mean that this song will never be recorded :'(. Is there anyone to tell me I'm wrong ????

Plus Profond? doesn't sound like it, but I guess its the quality of the audio, or just that I'm too loaded with beer!!! XD

It's just the french sample of "Plus profond" who are in this song " C'était toujours la même chose tu sais... "
