An F-16 from the RNoAF on full afterburn at the Kjevik Air Base, burning up a few tax payers dollars.

@Skull24Crusher The throttle goes through a detent. I.E., the pilot has to lift the handle to go from "dry thrust" (no afterburning) to the afterburner range. The afterburner is not just a toggle, and there is a range of afterburner settings.

anyone knows if afterburner is activated w/ a switch or a button on the throttle, or comes automatically? where's normaly the afterburner switch in jet strikers?
