Barf. Grew up in Houghton. Might be a nice place to visit, but it's HELL to live in for various reasons.

Got my Bachelors from MTU, and I'd say it was one of the worst decisions in my life. It, in no way prepared me for a career in engineering, entrepreneurship, etc. They're

simply disconnected from where technology

is headed, from venture capital, leading-edge

companies, etc.

Shame.
