@I514 Also if you really wanna know how to produce dark electro industrial, learn yourself some music theory, and learn a thing or two about rhythms, then listen to some artists you like, and get a feel for the genres' preferred rhythms and scales/modes. Break the sound down into its basal elements, then analyze them.

My god people, part of the fun of producing music is forging your own style, experimenting with the synthesis your synths use, and using the engines to create new and interesting sounds. Why do you all want to sound the same as this guy?

And as a note, you could probably use a bitcrusher to get that type of lo-fi vocal sound. I know I've used D16 Decimort and FL Fast Dist to get a raw sound out of an LFO'd square wave and snares before, either should work on vocals in much the same manner.
