Does anybody remember this carnival ride ? I have some trivia , it was invented in my home state Georgia in the early 1950s by Richard Hilman Harris from Atlanta Georgia . His ride was a gas engine operated prototype . It made its first debute at the Southeastern Fair in Lakewood Fairgrounds in Atlanta . Now Eli Bridge Ferris Wheel Co. owns the patent of this ride .
