When you saw this intro or the classic "space" intro, it put you into that zone as if a movie on tv was a big thing back then, now not so much.

something about this intro reminds me of Entertainment Tonight. i guess it's all subject to the age you were when you saw it, but as an objective comparison, isn't the HBO in space with the intro panning out over the model town from an apartment much more grand and interesting?!

I lived in the 80's i miss it so much, had so much fun in those days not like today where everything is so screwed up at the point of no return if we stayed on the 80's track this country would be in a better position than it is now.

WOW!!!! I'm surprised that there was actually something on HBO that was only rated PG, CRAZY!!!! Today you wouldn't find that, that's for sure.

Oh my gosh! I'm going to cry. LOL It's like remembering an actual minute detail of yoru early childhood. It was a time when your parents took care of you and there was no worries. Just be a kid. Damn! I really miss being a child. When I see a kid, I'm like.."You don't know how lucky you have it right now...enjoy it while it lasts kid."
